These Terms of Service govern your use of the Xprompt Travel website at www.xprompttravel.com and XpromptTravel AI, the reservation organizer linked through My Trips. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions may be sent to zeevgarber@gmail.com.

What the service provides

Xprompt Travel shares travel information and experiences. XpromptTravel AI helps organize existing reservations, import travel details from messages you authorize it to access, and answer itinerary questions. Features may be experimental or change over time. The organizer does not itself purchase travel, modify supplier bookings, cancel reservations or guarantee a reservation. Bookings and transactions on linked supplier websites are governed by those suppliers' terms.

Your responsibilities

Use only accounts and information you are authorized to access or share. Protect your account and devices, provide accurate information, and respect other travelers' privacy. Do not upload passwords, payment-card security codes, passport scans or other unnecessary sensitive information. If you submit another person's travel details, make sure you have authority to do so.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's information, distribute malicious code or interfere with the service.

Email connections and personal information

Mailbox connections are optional and subject to the permissions you grant through Google or Yahoo. You may revoke access through your provider's account settings. If forwarding is offered, verify the recipient before sending; forwarded messages may include personal information and attachments. Disconnecting a mailbox or signing out does not by itself remove saved trip data. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and how to request deletion.

Check travel and AI information

Imported details and AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify names, dates, time zones, prices, confirmation numbers, cancellation deadlines, entry requirements and travel conditions against the original confirmation and the relevant supplier or official authority. You remain responsible for reservations, payments, insurance, documents and deadlines. Website content does not replace qualified guiding, medical, legal or other professional advice. Outdoor and travel activities carry risks; use appropriate judgment, preparation and local guidance.

Your content and website materials

You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process it only as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant permission to sell your personal information or use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

Website text, images and other materials belong to their respective owners. You may use the service for lawful personal travel planning. Do not republish protected materials without the owner's permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services

Google, Yahoo, OpenAI, hosting providers, map services and travel suppliers operate independently. Their services, availability and applicable terms may affect features. We do not control their websites, policies, prices or booking decisions. A link does not imply endorsement or a guarantee.

Availability and limits

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete data recovery or error-free results. Keep copies of original booking confirmations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, suspension and ending use

We may change or discontinue features or restrict use to address security, abuse, legal requirements or operational needs. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date and an appropriate notice. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account permissions at any time. To request removal of stored personal information, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.

Age and contact

The service is not intended for children under 13. Users who are minors must have any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law.
